Use the samweb command to prestage files from tape. For example:

  setup mu2e
  setup sam_web_client
  samweb prestage-dataset --defname='sim.mu2e.cd3-detmix-cut.v566b.art' --parallel=6

You may need to run kx509 if you get an authentication error from samweb.

Next: submit grid jobs.
