The Mu2e Trigger and Data Acquisition (DAQ) subsystem provides hardware and
software for collecting digitized data from the Tracker, Calorimeter, Cosmic Ray Veto
and Beam Monitoring systems, and delivering that data to online and offline processing
for analysis. It is also responsible for detector synchronization and control.
The Mu2e project received CD-3 approval from the DOE on July 14, 2016. The project is finalizing its designs and preparing to start construction. External pee
r reviews of key technical elements of the project are a part of this process.
